[Milwaukee, WI, September 9, 2022] We are pleased to announce that Andrea Hall has joined New View Strategies as Chief Operating Officer, where she will lead the company’s corporate development through processes and people as well as growth planning.  In her prior role as Senior VP of Technology at an internationally renowned gourmet food company, Andrea devised and executed on the strategic technological and operational integration plans involving 6 major acquisitions and two VC sales.  Her 25 years of experience in ever-increasing technological and executive leadership roles gives her the breadth of knowledge required to lead the organization through growth.

 

Kim Congleton, co-founder of New View Strategies has transitioned from COO to the role of Chief Technology Officer.  Kim is uniquely qualified to advise and guide clients through their business challenges, drawing on over two decades of senior leadership for Enterprise Systems, IT Supply Chain Solutions, and Solution Architecture. She’s earned the reputation as the go-to leader for meeting ambitious timelines, having navigated teams through 50+ Business Central / NAV ERP and advanced warehousing projects.  Kim’s passion for service excellence is the standard that guides every New View Strategies team member and client interaction.
